Summit Harvest Church: W1095 Concord Center Drive, Sullivan, WI (In the Town of Concord)

SHC-Welcome-Table-smIn the entrance hallway, there is a Visitor Sign-In sheet which we invite you to utilize if you would like a follow-up conversation pertaining to Summit Harvest Church. Also, you can receive information pertaining to our supported missionaries. We are not a mega church but we have a mega heart for missions. There are also pamphlets and educational material that is updated or changed from month to month.

In the main assembly area, just before one takes their seat, there is a table that has an offering box as one is led to give. S.H.C. does not pass an offering plate, and we are strictly dependent on the Lord to guide. He has been very faithful in supplying our needs these last 7 years. All offerings receive a receipt at year’s end for their personal records.

Per the By-Laws and Constitution, there is a yearly meeting in June where the congregation reviews the budget that the Deacons submit to the Elders. If necessary, changes are made and voted on at that meeting. Summit Harvest has no paid staff and all church activities are carried on by volunteer efforts from the Saints. All building maintenance and janitorial work and snow blowing is provided by the Town of Concord and is part of our fixed yearly contract with the Concord Town Hall. The church has use of the building on Wednesday nights also. The annual church picnic is held at the Town Hall.

The Ministry Center is located in Oconomowoc and is used for small group meetings, elder sessions, and private counseling sessions. The church office is in that suite of rooms where all official and legal documents are sent for processing and maintaining. The church phone is a cell phone and currently resides with elder Dick Potts. The church office is not occupied except for volunteer requirements as needed.
